Opis

  • Support internal partners with communications for employee and external audiences.
  • Help shape external messaging, brand presentation, delivery, and timing.
  • Help WM personnel prepare speeches, letters, and articles for public audiences.
  • Carry out internal communications that support employee engagement campaigns.
  • Equip field communicators with implementation guidance, tools, and messaging.
  • Help coordinate and plan large company events.
  • Develop and support internal communications for weather emergencies and crisis preparation and response.
  • Gather company and industry news and share daily updates on the intranet.
  • Track and organize coverage across media outlets.
  • Build working relationships with internal business and department leaders.
  • Help develop and manage relationships with external vendors.

Zahteve

  • Accredited bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations; alternatively, an accredited high school diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience.
  • Two years of experience in a communications department or agency, in addition to the education requirement.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Experience with StaffBase or SharePoint is preferred.
  • Analytics experience is preferred.
  • Design skills are preferred.
