Opis
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to report patterns, insights, and trends to decision makers
- Gather, combine, and examine data from internal and external sources
- Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and forecast potential costs, risks, and profits for new initiatives
- Spot, examine, and explain trends and patterns
- Create recurring reports and visualizations such as charts, dashboards, and heat maps
- Build actionable KPI reports, including defining, developing, and visualizing key measures
- Conduct root cause analysis and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Turn data into practical insights and recommendations
- Use visualization, storytelling, and prescriptive analysis to communicate findings
- Design, build, test, and launch data products and dashboards for production use
- Analyze data across the Commercial, Farm, and Crop lines of business
Zahteve
- Typically, at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau, or the ability to learn and apply them quickly
- Collaborate effectively with business partners, technical teams, and other stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute as part of a team
- Show curiosity and readiness to learn new technologies, data sources, and business areas
- Maintain close attention to data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Understand business processes and connect business needs with available data
