Breast Care Sales Representative
Promote Stryker’s SPY imaging and DermACELL technologies to hospitals across Alabama. The role focuses on customer education, product evaluations, procedure growth, and regional sales.
Opis
- Promote SPY fluorescence imaging systems to hospitals and meet sales goals.
- Train doctors, nurses, and other relevant staff in SPY technology use and maintenance across surgical specialties.
- Build clinical knowledge of imaging platforms, procedures, industry developments, and competitors.
- Lead product evaluations in operating rooms and offices.
- Develop working relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives and collaborate across the assigned territory.
- Support trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
- Update the Regional Manager on territory progress.
- Resolve customer product issues promptly.
- Support the training and development of sales staff.
- Sell DermACELL decellularized dermis for reconstructive procedures.
- Provide operating room in-services, presentations, case proctoring, clinical objection handling, and lead follow-up.
- Work with the MedEd team to advance clinical education and awareness among customers and representatives.
Zahteve
- Bring 1–5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of results.
- Medical sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the operating room environment is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong clinical selling ability.
- Build credibility with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
- Communicate effectively in verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation settings.
- Manage multiple priorities and identify new business opportunities.
- Travel more than 50% may be required, depending on territory coverage.
- Vaccinations may be required to meet customer requirements.
