Opis

  • Lead business problems from discovery through delivery, aligning expected outcomes with sponsors.
  • Translate input from product managers, analysts, and customers into requirements, problem statements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
  • Sequence and prioritize work to deliver value incrementally.
  • Architect solutions that combine AI agents, deterministic tools, data retrieval, integrations, interfaces, and human review.
  • Create scalable, performant, cost-conscious designs that meet architecture, security, and data standards.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Site Reliability Engineering, and fellow architects.
  • Develop quick prototypes to test and validate solution approaches.
  • Deliver complete solutions spanning agents, skills, tools, connectors, integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants, checking generated work for quality, security, and correctness.
  • Apply AI to automate recurring development and operational work.
  • Work with Quality Assurance and testing agents to establish test plans.
  • Move prototypes into production, partnering with Software Development as needed.
  • Set success measures, track adoption, AI output quality, and business results, and refine solutions using findings and feedback.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn unclear business challenges into production-ready solutions.
  • Practical experience building with large language models, including agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation of output quality.
  • Substantial experience in solution architecture and/or solutions engineering.
  • Able to write, review, and debug code using AI-powered tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, with skill in explaining technical trade-offs to nontechnical stakeholders and executives.
  • Able to lead technical project teams, guide decisions, and resolve disagreements constructively.
  • Collaborative approach, sound decision-making, and commitment to delivery timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking, including the ability to uncover root issues and assess decision implications.
  • Provide current citizenship and/or permanent residency details to support compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Experience with Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools is an asset.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations is an asset.
