- Drive AI transformation across State Street’s processes and functions.
- Work with business and technology partners to implement AI changes across people, processes, and systems.
- Surface AI opportunities with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external providers.
- Help business leaders assess and shape strategic opportunities.
- Find high-value initiatives by understanding client and business-unit priorities.
- Turn strategic goals into product-aligned roadmaps for AI-enabled operations.
- Build a detailed understanding of business processes, teams, functions, and existing technology.
- Assist with the launch and adoption of self-service technology platforms.
- Lead opportunity assessments, from gathering data and requirements to analyzing root causes, modeling data, and designing future-state AI solutions.
- Assess the feasibility of technology MVPs and guide strategy for automation, AI, and machine learning.
- Run meetings and workshops, interview stakeholders, document findings, and prepare presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams on CDAIO strategy and related questions.
- Prepare strategy presentations, requirements and process-flow diagrams, job aids, and proofs of concept.
- Oversee risks and delivery quality, including standard deliverables, version control, model lifecycle, and quality checks.
- Coordinate across teams to define AI strategy execution, requirements, and design for business services.
Zahteve
- Experience or exposure in strategy, product management, or portfolio support.
- Familiarity with data platforms and strategy, AI/ML, and generative AI.
- Ability to work effectively across reporting lines, functions, and regions.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Background in AI capabilities and strategy.
- Business process re-engineering experience, from current-state analysis through target-state design and implementation, including workflow, AI, and process automation.
- At least 1–3 years of experience.
- Exposure to AI or automation technologies.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships, collaborate, and influence across the organization.
- Excellent organization and deadline-management skills.
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams is an advantage.
