Opis

  • Run daily accounting operations and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and report financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate related-party transactions with the relevant teams.
  • Manage the monthly close, ensuring submissions are accurate and on time.
  • Work with external providers, auditors, and tax advisers on statutory compliance, GAAP, and tax filings.
  • Partner with the Group Tax Team on local tax matters.
  • Make accounting processes more efficient and improve their quality.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, tax, audit, or a similar area
  • Proficiency in Excel and Big Data
  • Experience with SAP, especially its FI and CO modules
  • Strong written and spoken English and Turkish communication skills
  • A process-focused, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and a practical, hands-on approach
  • Ability to assess business drivers and issues strategically and logically
  • Willingness to receive feedback, keep learning, and take initiative
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment
  • CPA qualification or CPA internship experience is an advantage
