Provide remote business travel support in the Netherlands using Sabre to manage reservations, apply client travel policies, and advise customers on fares, regulations, and booking processes.

- Search for and finalize customer travel reservations
- Apply client travel policies consistently while advising customers
- Handle requests involving regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
- Share relevant travel industry details, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Identify improvements to operational processes and client commercial relationships
- Maintain and expand knowledge across the supported travel industries, sharing updates proactively
- Respond to current and prospective clients to help them manage business travel effectively
Cerințe
- Previous experience as a travel agent
- Practical experience with the Sabre GDS
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
