Staff Full-Stack Engineer, Frontend-Focused — Wand AI (Remote)
Lead frontend-focused full-stack development for real-time AI agent workflow interfaces at Wand AI. Own frontend architecture, performance, and scalable design systems for a remote product team.
Descriere
- Own the interface for building agent workflows, including real-time updates through WebSockets and server-sent events
- Define and advance micro-frontend architecture across AI Studio
- Develop dynamic, state-driven interfaces that show live agent activity
- Make architectural decisions that accommodate growing complexity and scale
- Work with product and design to turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Create reusable components and uphold consistent design patterns
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and orchestration APIs
- Protect code quality through testing and thorough code reviews
- Improve canvas load times and overall interface responsiveness
- Deliver through CI/CD, investigate production issues, and document architectural decisions
- Set company-wide frontend standards for practices, tooling, and reviews
- Help teams across the company adopt effective frontend practices
Cerințe
- Extensive experience building complex modern web applications with a strong frontend focus
- Advanced proficiency with React and TypeScript
- Practical experience implementing real-time features with WebSockets, server-sent events, or both
- Experience developing canvas-based or node-based user interfaces
- Strong command of modern frontend architecture and component-based development
- Hands-on backend development experience with RESTful APIs and backend-for-frontend services
- Solid foundations in HTML, CSS, and contemporary frontend frameworks
- Experience managing state in complex, dynamic interfaces
- Demonstrated staff-level ownership of architecture and technical decisions, with influence across multiple teams
- Strong diagnostic and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferred experience includes highly interactive data-heavy interfaces, component libraries or design systems, server-side rendering or frontend performance, cloud-hosted distributed systems, large-scale global B2B or B2C products, and rapidly scaling product and engineering organizations
