Descriere

  • Develop and deliver door and hardware specifications for commercial building projects
  • Recommend solutions that balance security, appearance, sustainability, and accessibility
  • Design electrified access control products and software for door opening systems
  • Partner with Architectural Sales Representatives to support customers and meet project deadlines
  • Review project submittals and assist with substitution approvals
  • Manage customer relationships, project activity, and time reporting in Salesforce
  • Advise architectural firms and design professionals on technical, functional, and code-compliant door opening applications

Cerințe

  • A college or university degree is preferred in architectural design or engineering, construction science or management, or a related field; equivalent experience with at least a high school diploma or GED is also considered
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant openings-industry experience, such as commercial locksmithing, door or hardware installation, licensed contracting, or CHD project management for school, healthcare, or institutional facilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using and maintaining CRM systems for sales and activity reporting
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software is advantageous
  • Ability to interpret specifications and facility standards
  • Technical knowledge and sales aptitude relevant to the industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work from a home office or while traveling
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of sample and display materials
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
