Descriere
- Guide and develop engineers, raising technical standards and supporting their growth.
- Design and deliver new products and services, including SaaS offerings and plugins.
- Establish software development practices and processes grounded in Agile methods.
- Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to identify needs and shape technical solutions.
- Contribute directly through coding and code reviews, removing blockers and guiding the team.
- Assess the results of shipped solutions and lead ongoing improvement.
- Manage multiple engineering teams and help develop new capabilities and skills.
- Partner with the Product Owner to create new products and services.
Cerințe
- At least two years managing software engineering teams.
- At least seven years in software engineering, building web applications, products, and solutions.
- Experience with Python.
- A people-focused management style that supports team members’ well-being and professional development.
- Experience with microservices, containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and object-oriented programming practices.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and move quickly with limited resources and clear objectives.
- A combination of strategic vision and practical execution, including hands-on engineering experience.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience building AI-driven products.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
