Descriere

  • Build business understanding and vision from customer journeys, indicator models, and strategic guidelines
  • Formalize the architectural business model, including the service portfolio and organizational structure
  • Define the business capability map and inventory for rental operations
  • Document the AS IS architecture by mapping contract and asset lifecycle processes, linking applications and system inventories, and identifying dashboards and indicators
  • Design the TO BE architecture and high-level target operating model
  • Strategically prioritize capabilities, define process archetypes, and identify their components
  • Develop gap analyses, prioritize initiatives, and consolidate the transformation roadmap
  • Maintain traceability and consistency across business, processes, applications, and data
  • Align deliverables with enterprise architecture standards
  • Facilitate workshops with business, commercial, operations, and technology stakeholders
  • Present the architecture to executive and technical audiences

Cerințe

  • At least three years of demonstrable experience working as a Process Architect, beyond process analysis or improvement roles
  • Strong command of process notation and modeling, including BPMN
  • Proficiency with process modeling and architecture tools such as Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Visio, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience developing AS IS and TO BE architectures, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps
  • Ability to connect processes with applications, data, and technology components
  • Strong facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of or certifications in APQC PCF, BIAN, TOGAF, and BPM/CBOK is desirable
  • Experience in rental, leasing, mobility, or vehicle finance companies is desirable
  • Familiarity with fleet telematics or IoT and data architectures applied to operations is desirable
  • Systems thinking, abstraction skills, attention to detail with a broad perspective, clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable models
