Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social

Descriere

  • Manage paid social accounts for a portfolio of brands.
  • Oversee advertising budgets in the six- to seven-figure range, prioritizing profitable growth.
  • Build data-led strategies to increase revenue, ROAS, and other full-funnel KPIs.
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
  • Create campaign setups that deliver immediate results and support sustainable scale.
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and shop data in depth, including conversion rates, CAC, and MER.
  • Turn findings into practical improvements to creative, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Build and assess reports with tools such as DatAds.
  • Partner with clients and advise them on performance, tracking, and eCommerce.
  • Present strategies and evidence-based recommendations in meetings.
  • Work with the Creative Team to write briefs grounded in testable hypotheses.
  • Align creative work with performance targets and customer funnel stages.
  • Test new approaches methodically, expand successful initiatives, and keep strategies evolving.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated performance marketing experience with Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience overseeing paid social budgets in the six- to seven-figure range.
  • Experience running conversion-focused campaigns and pursuing profitable growth.
  • Experience planning, managing, and scaling campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and ideally TikTok.
  • Experience with conversion and sales campaigns.
  • A strongly data-led approach to work.
  • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, KPI analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with common analytics tools and attribution models.
  • Understanding of how creative affects performance marketing.
  • Ability to form data-based hypotheses and engage audiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Confidence and professionalism in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to explain complex relationships clearly.
  • Clear communication and reasoning grounded in numbers.
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking.
  • A strong grasp of business impact in eCommerce.
