Descriere

  • Set production strategies for multimedia elements within exhibitions and immersive experiences
  • Expand media production expertise across the studio and support its implementation
  • Contribute to proposals and bids that advance business development
  • Prepare cost estimates, detailed budgets, and structured production schedules
  • Source, negotiate with, and oversee external freelancers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate the internal production team
  • Maintain the artistic and technical quality and compliance of all deliverables
  • Identify technical and logistical risks early and develop practical solutions
  • Work with technology integrators on testing, on-site debugging, and final client deployment
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of VR/AR projects, interactive installations, films, and physical computing

Cerințe

  • University or college training in multimedia production, technology project management, digital media, film or television, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • At least 10 years of experience producing multimedia projects
  • Experience with immersive environments, museum exhibitions, video games, or large-scale events is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of audiovisual production workflows, including 2D/3D production and post-production
  • Strong knowledge of software development, including UX/UI and interactive or responsive technology integration
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and availability to travel occasionally during major installation and on-site commissioning phases
