Descriere
- Bridge business needs and technology delivery across data and transactional product solutions
- Engage stakeholders to uncover needs, shape requirements, and prioritize requests
- Support digital products throughout ideation, development, and ongoing maintenance
- Translate business rules into user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows
- Present product and project insights to executives and other key stakeholders
- Run Agile ceremonies alongside technology teams and end users
- Establish and monitor product KPIs to support continuous improvement and stronger data and product governance
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher-education qualification
- Substantial experience in digital product management or technology-focused product analysis
- Practical experience with Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or comparable frameworks
- Ability to document business rules and convert them into clear functional requirements for development and IT teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or comparable programming and query technologies
- Understanding of systems architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Strong empathy for users and their needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
- Collaborative approach to working with product and technology teams
- Proactive mindset toward finding problems and improving usability
- Systems-oriented perspective focused on delivering measurable user value
- Highly organized, detail-conscious working style
