Descriere

  • Build and maintain scalable web applications with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Create reusable frontend components, custom hooks, and modular application structures.
  • Integrate REST APIs with internal platforms and third-party systems.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Build responsive, accessible interfaces from UI/UX designs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on business needs, technical specifications, and healthcare workflows.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Review code and uphold clean coding practices.
  • Investigate application issues, find root causes, and deliver maintainable fixes.
  • Protect sensitive healthcare data across code, logs, integrations, and error handling.
  • Guide assigned features from initial design through delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation for application components, APIs, and integrations.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies, share progress, and raise technical risks or blockers.

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including substantial hands-on full-stack web application work.
  • Advanced skills in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience building backend applications and REST APIs with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing single-page applications, reusable components, custom hooks, and modular frontend architectures.
  • Strong background building, consuming, and integrating REST APIs, including asynchronous operations and error handling.
  • Practical experience incorporating LLM APIs, tool calling, or agentic AI workflows into software.
  • Experience with spec-driven development or AI-driven software development lifecycle practices.
  • Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and secure application development practices.
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
  • Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or comparable frameworks.
  • Experience building responsive, accessible web applications and familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently, own technical deliverables, and adapt as requirements change.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with experience collaborating across functions and countries.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Preferred: Experience building software for healthcare or another regulated industry.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR.
  • Preferred: Experience with Medplum or similar platforms for clinical data and electronic health records.
  • Preferred: Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security, including HIPAA and PHI protection.
  • Preferred: Backend development experience with Python or other server-side technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience using Figma to implement designs and collaborate with design teams.
