Descriere

  • Create, test, and support scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and sound engineering practices.
  • Develop modern web interfaces with React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interactions.
  • Create and integrate REST APIs using an API-first development approach.
  • Maintain well-defined OpenAPI and Swagger contracts, including consistent error handling.
  • Architect modular applications with microservices, object-oriented design, and domain-driven design patterns.
  • Use Node.js for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend layers, integrations, and development tools.
  • Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries with focus on data integrity, performance, and auditability.
  • Connect internal and external systems through REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and related integration approaches.
  • Containerize applications and support cloud deployment patterns, configuration management, and consistent environments.
  • Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, quality gates, and repeatable releases.
  • Add structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting to applications.
  • Investigate functional and production problems while improving performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Work with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams in design reviews, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.

Cerințe

  • At least six years of full-stack software development experience, including responsibility for production applications.
  • Advanced practical experience with Java and Spring technologies, especially Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
  • Strong frontend development background with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based architecture, state management, and current testing practices.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
  • Demonstrated ability to design REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable software in distributed environments.
  • Strong SQL capability and experience creating efficient data models with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Background developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear technical documentation and facilitate client workshops.
  • Experience with Workforce Management applications or platforms is advantageous.
  • AWS and Amazon Connect experience is desirable.
  • Experience with customer experience solutions, contact centers, or customer service environments—including voice infrastructure or integrations built with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or comparable platforms—is desirable.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktops, digital channels, or related operational concepts is desirable.
  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging and event-streaming technologies is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools, and secure software delivery practices is desirable.
  • Experience integrating software with CRM, identity, HR, payroll, analytics, or other enterprise systems is desirable.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or building AI-enabled solutions, including Claude or GitHub Copilot, is a plus.
