Descriere
- Build financial models and cost-benefit analyses for advisor recruiting opportunities
- Evaluate recruiting deals, payout structures, offer economics, profitability, and cash flow
- Collaborate with recruiting leaders and field management on advisor packages, acquisitions, and growth opportunities
- Analyze advisor ramp-up and performance using historical and projected business data
- Deliver financial recommendations and decision support for recruiting offers to senior leadership
- Contribute to projects involving recruiting strategy, compensation programs, and business growth
- Work with Recruiting, Field Leadership, and senior leaders on strategic recruiting decisions
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, or another quantitative discipline
- Three to five years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial modeling and analytical tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-focused environment
- Track record of developing clear analyses and recommendations that support business decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including management presentations
- Effective collaborator who can build productive relationships with business partners
- Must have U.S. work authorization without current or future need for employment visa sponsorship
