Descriere

  • Lead an eight-figure EBITDA workstream within Affordable Care’s plan to roughly double earnings
  • Manage workstream operating metrics and financial performance
  • Define problems, challenge assumptions, and keep transformation initiatives on track
  • Evaluate business case economics and identify opportunities that can create value
  • Partner with operators to turn initiatives into measurable outcomes
  • Influence clinic operations and advance the transformation agenda
  • Work weekly with the ELT sponsor, daily with the value creation GM, and regularly with the CEO and governance committee
  • Identify, quantify, and advance opportunities
  • Deliver EBITDA results for the workstream against plan

Cerințe

  • 4–8 years at a leading private equity firm, strategy consulting firm, or comparable investing or operating organization
  • Experience with driver-based P&L analysis and financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of business economics
  • Structured problem-solving skills, including defining problems, developing options, and recommending a course of action
  • Practical experience using AI tools in your work
  • Private equity or leading strategy consulting experience preferred
  • MBA or equivalent qualification helpful but not required
  • Healthcare, multi-site services, or transformation experience preferred
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available
