Descriere

  • Build and improve pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data
  • Create ETL/ELT workflows with Databricks and Python
  • Use SQL and SQL Server to develop queries, stored procedures, and processing routines
  • Implement and refine data solutions using Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers in the Medallion Architecture
  • Integrate and process data from varied sources and enterprise systems
  • Clean, transform, validate, and standardize data
  • Help develop transactional and analytical data layers
  • Maintain pipeline and data quality, performance, consistency, and reliability
  • Diagnose data-processing problems and recommend technical solutions
  • Partner with the Data & Tech Lead and other specialists to define and deliver solutions
  • Recommend improvements to platform architecture, processes, and automation
  • Enable data delivery for analytical solutions and consumption models, including Power BI
  • Help build a centralized data transformation solution for a major consumer packaged goods company

Cerințe

  • Substantial professional experience in data engineering
  • Practical experience building and improving data pipelines
  • Strong SQL and SQL Server expertise
  • Experience using Python for data processing, transformation, and integration
  • Hands-on Databricks experience
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT methods and data architecture
  • Experience working with varied data sources and systems
  • Ability to diagnose issues and develop technical solutions
  • Knowledge of practices that support data quality, performance, and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative experience in multidisciplinary teams
  • Intermediate English for corporate communication and collaboration with international teams and clients
  • Azure Data Services experience is an advantage
  • Power BI and semantic model experience is an advantage
  • SharePoint and data-platform integration knowledge is an advantage
  • Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, is an advantage
  • SAP and SAP data-integration knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage
