Descriere
- Set and communicate a long-term data architecture vision that supports business strategy
- Assess and select data architecture technologies, frameworks, and standards
- Advance data management and governance practices across the organization
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to connect data architecture with business requirements
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible explanations
- Anticipate difficult technical issues and develop innovative solutions
- Provide senior-level technical direction to data engineering and architecture teams
- Maintain compliance with data security regulations and applicable standards
- Coach and support team members, with particular focus on newer professionals
- Help define and deliver the organization’s data strategy
- Manage strategic relationships with technology partners and suppliers
- Represent data architecture in internal and external technical and strategic discussions
- Deliver dependable, well-engineered data systems with modern technologies
- Strengthen data system reliability and collaboration across teams
Cerințe
- Professional experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure Cloud Services
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing
- Practical experience using dbt for data transformation
- Strong background in data modeling, ELT design, and performance optimization
- Advanced spoken and written English for direct collaboration with international stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and guide them through change
- Snowflake certification is preferred
- Experience with data governance and security is preferred
