Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Descriere

  • Shape and refine Vitalize’s visual and verbal identity across all external touchpoints
  • Establish a distinct brand voice for the website, campaigns, social channels, events, and other communications
  • Create and execute brand campaigns and creative moments that engage healthcare leaders
  • Lead the company’s visibility around milestones, industry developments, events, launches, and other awareness opportunities
  • Work with founders and senior leaders to strengthen executive visibility and bring Vitalize’s perspective to industry discussions
  • Design memorable digital and in-person experiences that introduce audiences to Vitalize
  • Develop brand systems, guidelines, and creative foundations for consistent growth
  • Create ways to track improvements in awareness, recognition, and engagement
  • Partner across the organization to build a distinctive, trusted brand for healthcare leaders

Cerințe

  • At least five years of brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, healthcare, or another complex sector
  • Strong creative judgment and a clear perspective on building a distinctive, memorable brand
  • Track record of developing and delivering brand campaigns from concept through launch
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to make complex topics clear and compelling
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, designers, agencies, and executives
  • Understanding of how to establish credibility with sophisticated audiences
  • Ability to balance long-term brand development with measurable business outcomes
  • High ownership and confidence creating structure and progress from the ground up
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office under the hybrid work model
  • Willingness to travel for the role
  • US work authorization is required, and any visa sponsorship needs must be disclosed
  • Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area or already live locally
