Senior Brand and Marketing Designer

Descriere

  • Lead and refine Element451’s brand system and standards for all external communications
  • Create templates, tools, and AI workflows that help teams produce on-brand work
  • Work with product teams to establish clear visual hierarchy across product assets
  • Design for the website, social media, email, and other digital channels
  • Partner with the web development agency as its in-house design contact
  • Create landing pages and paid campaign assets for gated content and product launches
  • Develop product visuals, launch creative, and feature pages to support releases
  • Explain complex AI and product ideas through diagrams, product imagery, and visual narratives
  • Design sales presentations and supporting collateral
  • Define the visual identity for the Engage conference and related events
  • Create trade show booth designs, print materials, and promotional items
  • Develop and maintain a motion design system
  • Produce motion graphics, animated product screens, and short social videos
  • Collaborate with video production teams on graphic packages from concept to final edit
  • Evaluate work by its brand consistency, reusable systems, production speed, and clarity in presenting AI

Cerințe

  • 5–10 years of brand or marketing design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • A portfolio demonstrating range, strong craft, and systems thinking
  • Experience creating brand systems and templates that scale across channels and teams
  • Experience contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
  • Ability to make complex technical ideas clear through visual design
  • Practical motion design and short-form video editing skills
  • Experience collaborating with developers or web agencies to deliver polished pages; coding is not required
  • Experience managing external creative partners
  • Comfort with AI-assisted design workflows and sound judgment about their use
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • HubSpot and common CMS experience is preferred
  • Notion experience is preferred
  • Experience with Lottie, Jitter, or Rive is preferred
  • Experience with Frame.io or similar video review tools is preferred
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and AI design tools such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney
