Descriere

  • Build trusted merchandising partnerships with artist managers.
  • Create multi-channel brand strategies that reflect each artist’s creative direction.
  • Lead product development, setting pricing and costs to meet market expectations and financial goals.
  • Coordinate client work with E-commerce, Touring, and Retail/Licensing teams.
  • Keep creative milestones, production schedules, launches, and financial reporting on track.
  • Maintain artist calendars and suggest activations that support commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual P&Ls, sharing findings with senior leaders and clients.
  • Provide thoughtful, consultative service to clients.
  • Review project results, client input, and market trends to improve products and services.
  • Maintain service and quality standards across the product lifecycle and oversee quality control.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in project or brand management.
  • Strong project management ability, including prioritizing work and meeting ambitious deadlines.
  • Broad familiarity with music merchandising across e-commerce, retail and licensing, touring, and VIP experiences.
  • Existing connections with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers are preferred but not required.
  • Stay current with music and fashion trends and understand fan demographics across rock, country, hip-hop, and pop.
