Descriere

  • Design and maintain scalable, thoroughly tested dbt models that support analytics across commercial, marketing, health outcomes, and clinical operations.
  • Set technical expectations for modelling, testing, documentation, and code quality as a senior contributor to analytics engineering.
  • Own analytical projects from requirements definition through delivery by managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Coach data scientists and analysts on modelling practices while strengthening a culture of review, quality, and ongoing development.
  • Work with clinical, commercial, and product partners to convert complex domain needs into dependable, clearly documented data models.
  • Assess and pilot AI-enabled analytics tools, helping guide Numan’s approach to emerging technology.
  • Improve transformation-layer data quality, reliability, and governance by monitoring usage and resolving issues before they affect stakeholders.
  • Report to the Head of Data Engineering and work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the business.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 or more years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.
  • Have designed and owned end-to-end data models across multiple business areas, ideally including at least two of commercial, marketing, health outcomes, or clinical and operational analytics.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, including clinical and commercial teams.
  • Have established technical standards and produced high-quality work within a small, high-performing data team.
  • Work independently and pragmatically, prioritising high-impact outcomes over unnecessary complexity.
  • Show strong interest in AI and developing analytics technologies.
  • Demonstrate expert SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, advanced aggregations, and optimisation for cloud data warehouses.
  • Bring deep dbt expertise across models, macros, tests, packages, documentation, exposures, and CI/CD.
