Senior AI-Augmented Software Engineer

Descriere

  • Build hyperautomation and workflow management software with modern AI tools
  • Lead complex full-stack projects from analysis through delivery
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into robust software architectures
  • Design data models and entity-relationship diagrams
  • Specify RESTful APIs and OpenAPI interfaces
  • Create OWASP-aligned security designs using RBAC, OAuth, and JWT
  • Build scalable, high-performance applications across frontend and backend technologies
  • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
  • Maintain code quality through reviews
  • Identify security risks, including XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF
  • Deploy applications to self-hosted servers
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
  • Improve monitoring dashboards
  • Review AI-generated code for architectural issues and performance improvements
  • Explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and present solution options

Cerințe

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, including vocational training as an IT application development specialist
  • Several years of practical software development experience, supported by a portfolio or project references
  • Regular, productive use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL database design, including PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Senior proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, Go, C#, or Java
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, and senior proficiency in at least one
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern UI/UX patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, including injection, XSS, CSRF, and broken authentication
  • Practical experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as JWT, OAuth, RBAC, or SSO
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Ability to deploy applications to self-hosted servers as well as cloud environments
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
