Descriere

  • Act as Hauler Hero’s in-house designer supporting marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Create social posts, newsletters, case study PDFs, battle cards, pitch and event presentations, website animations, and blog imagery
  • Develop visual content for social channels, the Facebook community, newsletters, and the blog
  • Maintain consistent weekly design production to keep the content calendar on schedule
  • Create and update the company pitch deck, event presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and case study PDFs
  • Bring customer-facing tools, including the Intercom help center, into alignment with the brand
  • Design WordPress website sections, landing pages, and animations using product screenshots
  • Create booth graphics, banners, handouts, and presentation slides for U.S. trade shows
  • Coordinate event deadlines and print specifications with the Field & Events Manager
  • Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and the shared asset library
  • Learn the product, customers, and brand; review existing assets; and deliver social and newsletter designs within the first two weeks
  • Complete a refreshed pitch deck, event presentation template, battle card, and case study PDF template within the first 60 days
  • Establish a shared asset library with the Project Manager
  • Lead the visual direction across all marketing channels and establish a reliable weekly design pipeline within the first 90 days

Cerințe

  • Three to five years of experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design
  • A portfolio demonstrating social content, presentations, PDFs, and web visuals
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Ability to create simple motion graphics and animations with After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools
  • Regularly integrate AI into the design workflow
  • Comfort with technology and experimenting with new tools and working methods
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to produce work at a high volume while maintaining consistent quality
  • Ability to turn an initial brief into clear design options
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, and HubSpot
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability during core U.S. business hours
  • Candidates must be located in Latin America
  • A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Trade show and print production experience is preferred
  • Experience designing for WordPress websites is preferred
  • Basic video editing experience is preferred
