Descriere

  • Respond to inbound calls and warm leads.
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs with them.
  • Recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand in customer interactions.
  • Develop customer relationships and connect people with suitable insurance products.
  • Complete paid remote training and obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.
  • Work scheduled shifts across four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Meet work-from-home standards, including equipment and internet requirements.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of sales or service-related work experience.
  • Two to three years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to engage customers and close sales.
  • Clear communication with prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient typing skills and comfort using a PC.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Live in one of the specified eligible states.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
  • Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
  • Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating.
