Descriere

  • Design digital ads, campaign assets, social graphics, display materials, presentations, and client collateral.
  • Develop visual concepts aligned with campaign goals, target audiences, platforms, and brand guidelines.
  • Build reusable templates and creative systems for different channels, formats, audiences, and languages.
  • Create polished, production-ready creative variations for testing and optimization.
  • Produce basic motion graphics and animated content.
  • Plan monthly social calendars, themes, and recurring content categories for client brands.
  • Create and refine organic social content, including graphics, captions, copy, Reels, and platform-specific assets.
  • Schedule approved posts and coordinate client reviews and approvals.
  • Keep content consistent with each brand while adapting it to audience, goals, and marketing strategy.
  • Track engagement and key content metrics, identify effective themes, and suggest performance-based changes.
  • Keep up with social formats, platform updates, and content trends.
  • Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short videos from existing footage, photography, graphics, and text.
  • Adapt longer footage into social-first content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Add captions, on-screen graphics, transitions, music, and basic motion to short videos.
  • Select useful social media moments from longer video productions.
  • Work with the Creative Director and media, production, account management, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate multiple client brands, deadlines, feedback cycles, and competing priorities.
  • Preserve a distinct visual identity and content approach for each client account.
  • Apply feedback and deliver work that meets project requirements and deadlines.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for ideation, copy, image and video creation, content adaptation, versioning, and research.
  • Explore AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Try emerging creative platforms and AI-assisted methods.

Cerințe

  • Experience in graphic design, social media management, content creation, or a related creative role at an agency, in-house marketing team, or similar fast-paced workplace.
  • Experience producing design work, digital ads, social content, short-form video, branding, or campaign assets.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or client accounts is strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design, social media, and video work.
  • Strong design fundamentals, including typography, visual hierarchy, layout, branding, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to turn campaign goals into engaging visual concepts and social content.
  • Ability to edit polished short videos for social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to tailor engaging content to different social platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable design and video tools.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain distinct creative approaches across client accounts.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage feedback, competing priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn new software and AI-enabled creative tools.
  • Ability to respond to feedback and adapt to changing responsibilities in a growing organization.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST / U.S. business hours.
