Descriere

  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other prospective limited partners
  • Direct fundraising activities, including investor outreach, presentations, due diligence, and ongoing updates
  • Identify, assess, negotiate, and oversee venture investments that fit the fund’s strategy
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and portfolio construction
  • Present investment proposals to the investment committee and contribute to final investment decisions
  • Advise portfolio companies on financing strategy, governance, and growth initiatives
  • Track portfolio performance and report results, risks, and material developments to investors
  • Collaborate with fund leadership and legal counsel on fundraising, reporting, and compliance processes

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, asset management, family office investing, or a related discipline
  • A proven record of raising capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors, including investors writing checks of $1 million or more
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment risk assessment
  • An established investor network and the ability to develop durable, trust-based relationships
  • Demonstrated investment judgment and experience overseeing investments after closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Strong integrity and discretion
