- Coordinate billing tasks from intake through resolution.
- Follow up professionally by phone and email with colleagues and external contacts.
- Track deadlines and escalate issues promptly to keep work on schedule.
- Record communications and updates accurately in firm systems.
- Maintain billing reports and logs in Excel and other internal programs.
- Work independently while staying accountable and responsive to leadership.
Cerințe
- Must be based in Florida.
- Excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
- Strong phone communication skills and confidence making frequent outbound calls.
- Able to work remotely with accountability and minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using Excel and quick to learn new computer programs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Previous work involving high-volume follow-up, tracking or case and status management.
- Administrative, operations, insurance, healthcare, collections or compliance experience is an advantage.
