Remote Florida Billing Specialist
Handle billing follow-up, tracking and documentation for Lydecker LLP, a civil litigation law firm. This Florida-based remote role uses Excel and internal systems.

- Follow up professionally by phone and email with colleagues and external contacts.
- Track deadlines and escalate issues promptly to keep work on schedule.
- Record communications and updates accurately in firm systems.
- Maintain billing reports and logs in Excel and other internal programs.
- Work independently while staying accountable and responsive to leadership.

- Must be based in Florida.
