- Serve as the main data contact for Account Managers.
- Investigate complex performance issues and explain their data-driven causes.
- Recommend practical next steps to Account Managers.
- Spot patterns in supply, demand, and brand performance.
- Share findings, including user history models and cohort analyses, to inform company strategy.
- Automate classification and improve supply and demand tagging.
- Create models that make data more accessible to the team.
- Develop bots, Slack or email tools, and web apps to share knowledge and automate repetitive work.
- Contribute to a more informed and efficient data culture.
Cerințe
- At least five years of professional experience working with data at scale.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, including selection bias, cold starts, and feedback loops.
- A background in mathematics or statistics is a plus.
- Python is a strong plus, particularly for automating work or building lightweight tools.
- Ability to communicate with nontechnical partners and turn complex data into actionable explanations.
