- Lead product development for Studies, Sample Testing, Process Development, and links between experiment-run data and analysis.
- Set priorities by determining what to build, why it matters, and the order of work.
- Own the roadmap and outcomes for scientists, customers, and API partners.
- Work with customers and go-to-market teams to understand scientific workflows.
- Turn customer requests into product direction.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers to build and launch products.
- Shape product decisions in partnership with design and engineering.
- Test and validate ideas with customers.
- Prepare customer experience teams to support shipped products.
- Work with go-to-market teams to launch products.
- Use SQL, AI, and developer tools to analyze data, prototype concepts, and synthesize customer discovery notes.
Cerințe
- Bring 5–7 or more years of product management or equivalent experience.
- Have a varied career spanning at least two or three substantially different domains or product types.
- Show a record of building and improving products.
- Translate user needs into valuable product features.
- Have experience guiding product architecture decisions.
- Reason effectively about data models, state machines, or schema design.
- Be comfortable with technical tools such as SQL, design software, AI tools, or developer environments.
- Communicate clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Demonstrate a history of shipping products, learning, and achieving measurable impact.
- Show intellectual curiosity and learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
