- Apply established actuarial and statistical standards to projects supporting insurance reserving.
- Collaborate with analytics leaders and business partners to develop and implement moderately complex reserving methods and models.
- Use knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory conditions to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Validate the quality of data used for actuarial and statistical services across multiple tools and applications.
- Manage or support moderately complex projects of moderate scale in line with accepted project management practices.
- Present analytical findings to management and nontechnical audiences, provide recommendations, and explain supporting assumptions and methodologies.
- Conduct basic to moderately complex analyses using traditional actuarial, statistical, and predictive modeling approaches.
- Document and assess analyses to generate insights and address business needs.
- This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year program.
- Active progress toward Casualty Actuarial Society examinations.
- A comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the stated education requirement.
- At least two years of experience is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background investigation is required.
- A dedicated private workspace without distractions is required.
- Home working requires a suitable desk and chair.
- Reliable internet service with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
- Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
