Sell Liebherr’s new and used equipment to construction and government customers in the Raleigh area. Grow territory sales through technical product knowledge, customer relationships, and market analysis.
Descriere
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Sell new and used equipment.
- Grow market share across the assigned sales territory.
- Sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers, including contractors, construction firms, and government agencies.
- Develop and carry out a plan to grow territory market share.
- Log customer visits in the LIVIS database and keep account records and sales activity reports current.
- Track competitor pricing and maintain product information.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales agreement terms for management review and approval.
- Advise customers on products and provide relevant product literature.
- Prepare and present product features and benefits to varied audiences.
- Help resolve accounts receivable issues.
- Prioritize accounts and sales effort according to potential and maintenance needs.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of technical sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Travel daily within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight trips.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
