Coordinate assurance, certification, and inspection services across Latin America for LRQA. Manage scheduling, service records, invoices, performance data, and auditor logistics.
Descriere
- Coordinate service requests with facilities, vendors, and clients, scheduling work and handling invoices under client procedures.
- Answer questions about scheduling and service delivery.
- Keep service information current in internal and client-facing systems.
- Track regional resource use, expenses, and local sales to support profitability.
- Process requests and schedule services within client timelines.
- Arrange logistics and schedules for auditors and consultants.
- Notify clients of scheduling problems, including access denials and delays.
- Flag opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Estimate travel costs and prepare accurate quotations.
Cerințe
- Education in business administration, sustainability, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
