Coordinate organ and tissue donation as a Medical Call Center Specialist with DCI Donor Services, Inc. Support donor families and medical personnel while accurately recording medical information.
Descriere
- Record complete and accurate medical information in donor management software
- Coordinate communication among donor families and medical personnel throughout the donation process
- Provide compassionate support to families of potential donors and explain donation opportunities to families who have recently lost a loved one
- Handle other related responsibilities as assigned
- Complete the required video screening within 48 hours after submitting an application
Cerințe
- Two-year degree in a health-related field, or nursing or paramedic/EMT certification
- At least one year of healthcare experience, including the use of medical terminology
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to make independent judgments and manage multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork, communication, and conflict-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with careful attention to detail and organization
- First COVID-19 vaccine dose required by the potential start date, or proof of vaccination
- CTBS, RN, or LPN credentials preferred
