Mid-Level SAP FI Functional Analyst in São Paulo (Hybrid)

Descriere

  • Analyze, configure, customize, and support SAP FI solutions
  • Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, banking processes, and financial and accounting close activities
  • Gather, assess, and document requirements with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Technology stakeholders
  • Document current and target-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend functional solutions
  • Create functional specifications, requirements documentation, test scenarios and evidence, user guides, and training materials
  • Configure and customize SAP solutions
  • Conduct unit and integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track transport movement across system environments
  • Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and deliver fixes and process improvements
  • Support SAP FI integrations with CO, MM, SD, banks, tax platforms, and external applications
  • Assist with data migration and validation, financial reconciliation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and optimization of finance processes
  • Partner with functional and technical teams, key users, and business stakeholders

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience as an SAP FI Functional Analyst or Consultant
  • Practical experience delivering SAP FI implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, banking processes, payments and collections, reconciliations, and accounting close
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP FI
  • Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Experience writing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and Security teams
  • Experience conducting unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing
  • Knowledge of Brazilian finance and accounting processes, including Brazil Localization and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical skills, and confidence working with technical and business audiences
  • Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Business Partner, Fiori, ECC-to-S/4HANA migration, SAP CO, FSCM, Treasury, DRC, GRC, TDF, banking integrations, payment methods, IDocs, APIs, middleware, BR GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, auditing, Agile, SAP Activate, ITIL, and SAP certification
  • Intermediate or advanced English is an advantage
