Descriere
- Support Manufacturing Process Planning development and implementation in Easy Plan and GSPAS for engine, transmission, axle, and battery pack powertrain commodities.
- Create and update Easy Plan and GSPAS process sheets for changes to process sequences, parts, tools, and variants across global programs.
- Develop process allocations and establish plant structures for station-level allocation.
- Conduct post-allocation time studies and classify work elements as VA, NVABN, or NVA.
- Detect workload imbalances during line balancing and recommend corrective actions.
- Report program status at each milestone.
- Lead or support virtual build and DJ1 events.
- Maintain delivery quality and meet program timelines.
- Coordinate with regional program teams to gather required delivery inputs.
- Work effectively in a diverse team and communicate technical information across different cultural and language backgrounds.
Cerințe
- BTech or MTech degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
- Two to three years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience with automotive manufacturing processes for ICE, transmission, axle, and battery assembly.
- Practical experience with Easy Plan, GSPAS, and Teamcenter.
- MODAPTS experience is an added advantage.
