Descriere
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising teams on sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Run bid events and e-auctions, analyze cost changes, and deliver related analytics.
- Lead complex, high-visibility analytics projects that inform strategic decisions.
- Create and present executive-ready insights through clear data storytelling.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Use Power BI and AI-enabled dashboards to communicate recommendations to stakeholder groups.
- Manage projects across categories, meeting scope, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Share team learnings to build analytical and storytelling skills.
- Inform category strategies and lead competitive sourcing events.
- Advance continuous improvement while following company policies and ethical standards.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in mathematical or statistical research, analysis, modeling, intelligence, corporate security, or a related area; alternatively, 4 years of experience in these areas.
- At least 2 years of experience translating data into actionable intelligence.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with Coupa CSO.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning in a business context.
- Experience extracting, manipulating, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Progressive experience in management consulting, Sourcing and Procurement, supply chain, or business strategy.
- Preferred: experience in business analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office, and statistical modeling software.
