Lead Aerospace Systems Engineer, Propulsion Control

Descriere
- Lead the architecture and development of advanced aerospace systems using MBSE methods and industry standards
- Drive adoption of SysML and MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, and requirements management
- Manage requirements validation, traceability, and verification from concept through delivery
- Mentor multidisciplinary hardware, software, and test engineering teams
- Assess and resolve complex technical risks and engineering challenges
- Conduct technical reviews and support customer engagements
- Report system architecture and validation progress to stakeholders
- Support certification activities and liaise with regulatory agencies when required
Cerințe
- At least 10 years of systems engineering experience in aerospace or a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience designing and integrating aerospace systems
- Strong understanding of aerospace standards including DO-178C, DO-254, or ARP4754A
- Practical experience applying aerospace standards during system development
- Proficiency with systems modeling tools such as SysML or MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience using requirements management software
- Background in system verification and validation
