- Build 3D civil infrastructure models for roads, bridges, earthworks, and utilities using engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Create construction drawings and project deliverables from digital models
- Assist with quantity take-offs and volume calculations for estimating and project planning
- Coordinate model-related work with engineers, survey teams, and construction personnel
- Help perform clash detection and 4D simulation activities
- Integrate and coordinate 3D laser scans with point cloud data
- Take part in model reviews and quality assurance checks
Cerințe
- Working familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D
- Exposure to Trimble Business Center, Navisworks, and parametric modelling is an asset
- Education in civil engineering, surveying, geomatics, or a related field is an asset
- Interest in, or basic experience with, civil infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect discrepancies in models, drawings, and project data
- Experience with or exposure to BIM implementation practices is an asset
- Clear communication, effective planning, and strong organizational skills
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn and take on new challenges
