- Shape and develop customer engagements for Intelligence Center X.
- Turn business challenges and complex data environments into enterprise ontologies.
- Create agents and machine learning solutions that interpret and act on enterprise data.
- Deliver functional agentic applications and business cases that support customer investment.
- Work directly with customers on relevant data and business challenges.
- Collaborate with sales teams and strategic partners.
- Report to the ICX Engineering Manager for the Americas.
- Integrate enterprise systems and model products, parts, and suppliers.
- Show customers agentic user experiences and their business value.
- Contribute to the ICX product roadmap.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 25%.
Cerințe
- Practical experience or strong potential in agentic AI and ontology.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership.
- Ability to communicate technical topics with technical and business stakeholders in customer settings.
- Experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Experience with modern data and AI platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
- Experience with agentic AI, including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and MCP.
- Experience using agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience modelling enterprise ontologies or knowledge graphs.
- Experience in machine learning and data science.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, presales, or innovative professional services.
- Technical consulting experience designing and building agentic AI, data, and analytics solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to build solutions and willingness to work with customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- No minimum years of experience are required; candidates may range from recent graduates to experienced professionals.
