Infrastructure Specialist – Process Automation

Descriere

  • Assess and forecast how automation workloads affect infrastructure capacity, including growth, expansion, and scalability needs
  • Install, configure, update, and validate server-based agents
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, process, automation, architecture, security, and application teams
  • Monitor CPU, RAM, storage, I/O, network performance, and availability
  • Evaluate observability tools to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and capacity risks
  • Create dashboards that show the health of automation environments
  • Set early-warning alerts for sustained increases in resource consumption
  • Prepare executive and technical reports on capacity, availability, and performance
  • Establish metrics and indicators for evaluating technology component health
  • Track incidents and support root-cause analysis
  • Contribute to infrastructure optimization and more efficient resource utilization

Cerințe

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or a related role
  • Professional-level academic qualification
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems and Computing Engineering
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and capacity management
  • Knowledge of RPA, process automation, automation components or agents, and orchestration
  • Experience with or knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring, availability, performance, and alerting
  • Knowledge of capacity sizing, growth forecasting, trend analysis, and scalability
  • Proficiency with Power BI or comparable visualization and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cloud scalability and monitoring
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools
  • Understanding of database monitoring and resource consumption
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices, including incident, change, problem, and request management
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of security practices involving agent management, access, ports, certificates, and security policies
