Growth Marketing Manager, Latin America (Remote)

Lead paid, organic, and conversion marketing for ClickGrow’s AI marketing platform across Latin America. Own campaigns, content, funnel experiments, and performance reporting.

Descriere

  • Lead ClickGrow’s marketing strategy from planning through execution
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, campaign roadmap, testing priorities, and reporting across paid and organic channels
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising, including budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, and optimization
  • Create and test advertising concepts, copy, images, and video creatives
  • Advise on budget allocation and assess additional paid channels, including Google Ads
  • Own ClickGrow’s social media presence and content calendar
  • Turn founder videos, product demonstrations, customer stories, and educational materials into marketing assets
  • Produce and publish posts, short-form videos, and other content with AI and creative tools
  • Find and prioritize growth opportunities through SEO, partnerships, and referrals
  • Develop and optimize lead-nurturing, trial-conversion, and reactivation campaigns
  • Shape landing-page messaging, offers, headlines, and calls to action
  • Conduct experiments to increase visitor-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion rates
  • Work with product and development teams to implement technically supported improvements
  • Keep a prioritized marketing plan with defined objectives and delivery dates
  • Monitor campaign spend, cost per trial, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and revenue from acquired customers
  • Audit campaign tracking and coordinate corrective updates
  • Deliver weekly reports on performance, insights, and recommended actions
  • Assess current campaigns, content, email sequences, and the acquisition funnel during the first 90 days
  • Set performance benchmarks and establish weekly reporting routines
  • Create a prioritized marketing roadmap and reliable publishing schedule
  • Run ongoing creative and conversion experiments
  • Strengthen core email-nurture campaigns
  • Use performance data to recommend what to scale, improve, or discontinue

Cerințe

  • At least three years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated personal ownership of Facebook and Instagram advertising, including campaign optimization
  • Practical experience in at least two additional areas: email marketing, organic social or content, Google Ads, SEO, or conversion optimization
  • Experience marketing to English-speaking audiences, preferably customers in the United States
  • Strong command of acquisition funnels, creative testing, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics
  • Experience applying AI tools to copywriting, research, and creative production
  • Ability to create and edit marketing assets with Canva, CapCut, or comparable tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Located in Latin America
  • Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and an appropriate setting for Zoom meetings
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to refine AI-generated copy and creative work, fix errors, and produce natural, accurate English content
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time, with a 30-minute daily break
