Descriere
- Oversee collections activities to secure accurate and timely payment of outstanding receivables
- Work directly with customers to address and resolve payment concerns
- Arrange and negotiate suitable payment plans
- Build constructive customer relationships while reducing bad debt exposure
- Report to the Collections Manager
- Manage receivables effectively and help the collections team meet its performance goals
- Contribute to the company’s cash flow and overall financial health
Cerințe
- One to three years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Solid understanding of collections procedures and customer account management
- Experience with financial platforms and collections software
- Ability to assess payment patterns and resolve customer payment concerns
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is valued
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability and careful attention to detail
- Capacity to collaborate with a team while managing competing priorities
