  • Lead the CEO’s most important strategic work, spanning market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional execution
  • Diagnose business challenges, shape practical solutions, and deliver across multiple initiatives
  • Create and maintain models and analyses that support significant company decisions
  • Partner with teams across the business as priorities evolve
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage associates joining the team

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in top-tier investment banking focused on TMT or fintech, private equity, management consulting, late-stage venture capital, or a high-growth startup
  • Demonstrate exceptional performance and a history of earning expanded responsibility faster than peers
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Have advanced Excel skills
  • Have working knowledge of SQL
  • Be able to interpret unstructured data and build models from the ground up
  • Work with exceptional rigor and move comfortably through ambiguity at high speed
  • Be prepared for a demanding pace that may regularly involve approximately 12-hour days, 5–6 days per week, particularly during the first year
  • Be based in Miami or New York City and willing to travel
