Descriere
- Own major strategic-partner projects from planning through delivery
- Create customized solutions using creativity, technical judgment, and structured problem-solving
- Work closely with customer engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Guide customers on effective applications of ElevenLabs technology
- Develop comprehensive customer integrations
- Apply software engineering skills to resolve complex customer challenges
- Deliver practical, high-impact solutions aligned with client objectives
Cerințe
- Customer-facing experience, including experience gained through student organizations or personal projects
- Proficiency with Python
- Strong foundation in software development
- In-depth knowledge of software development practices and architecture
- Experience integrating APIs
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Logical approach to identifying optimal solutions
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong awareness of regional and cultural differences
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
