Financial Advisory Manager - Malta (Hybrid)

Lead financial advisory engagements for a professional services firm in Malta, covering valuations, due diligence, M&A, and corporate finance. Advise clients on strategy while guiding and developing the Financial Advisory team.

Descriere

  • Serve as clients’ lead financial and business adviser
  • Advise clients on strategic business and finance matters
  • Direct financial due diligence engagements
  • Work with the Listing Authority, stockbrokers, and legal advisers on bond issues and IPOs
  • Support buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions
  • Prepare company and intellectual property valuations
  • Build, implement, and oversee business planning processes
  • Deliver strategic reviews, corporate valuations, due diligence, and restructuring projects
  • Help clients obtain funding for new initiatives
  • Monitor developments across financial and non-financial sectors
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Financial Advisory

Cerințe

  • Qualified accountant or economist
  • At least five years of advisory experience in a mid-tier or large firm
  • Thorough understanding of IFRS, GAPSME, and established advisory practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and supporting documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working with regulators, clients, and colleagues
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Maltese or another additional language is advantageous
  • Applicants must already be based in Malta and submit a detailed CV in English
  • A detailed CV written in English
