Finance Manager, Uzbekistan
Oversee budgeting, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting for Intrepid Travel’s Central Asia operations. Maintain accurate ledgers and support business planning in Tashkent.
Descriere
- Direct daily financial operations across Central Asia
- Manage budgets, cash flow, payroll, and tax compliance
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, along with management reporting
- Maintain the company’s financial ledger
- Keep financial records accurate and current
- Support financial compliance and business planning
- Report to the Country Director (General Manager)
- Work closely with the Accountant
Cerințe
- Experience in regional financial operations is required; familiarity with all five Stan markets—Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan—is preferred
- Accounting or Finance degree, or CA/ACCA membership
- At least five years of professional accounting or finance experience, including work in travel and tourism
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and practical experience with accounting software such as D365
- Collaborative working style, high integrity, and strong organizational skills
